What Auro does today
Everything below is built and running now. Traditional systems give you forms to fill in. Auro watches the events in your business and does the work: you approve it before it happens, then you can check the result afterward. Auro is a new system. We tell you plainly what is proven and what is still being hardened.
Sales, built in pieces
Email → AI-drafted quote (priced from your catalogue, held for your approval) and invoice → ledger both run today and pass the audit gate. Order → delivery (EKÁER-aware) and NAV submission exist too, but those legs are newer and still run against test endpoints. So it is not yet one single automatic chain.
Finance that reconciles for you
Import a bank statement, or connect the bank feed, and Auro matches the lines against your open invoices. Where the payment reference carries the invoice number and the amount agrees, it records the payment and posts it to the ledger on its own; everything else is listed as a suggestion you accept with one click. Plus three-way-match AP checks, FX revaluation, fixed assets, VAT, corporate tax, KSH, and local business tax (HIPA).
Operations
Inventory with ABC classes and cycle counts that post real corrections, manufacturing orders with WIP → finished goods → ledger, purchasing with requisition approvals.
People
HR records, leave and payroll runs tied to the ledger to the forint. A confirmed run cannot post unless both sides balance. Includes a staff portal where your team can see their leave and payslips, and use an HR assistant. Hungarian specifics, SZÉP cards and contributions, are built and being wired in.
Front of house
CRM with UTM-attributed leads. Support ticketing with SLA. A decision ledger that records every approval across finance, HR and supply chain: what was approved or rejected, by whom and when, including items a person resolved manually outside Auro.
The audit gate
50+ automated consistency checks. KPIs match their underlying lists, every ledger entry ties back to its source document, and statements slice by the same dates. We run these checks as a release gate against a real company's books, and on request against yours. We do not ship a change until it passes clean.
Every automation starts in Suggest mode. You approve the step, Auro acts on it, and you can review it afterward. Full hands-off autonomy is built, but it ships off until you switch it on. Auro earns autonomy feature by feature. It never assumes it.
Your data stays in the EU (GDPR, EU AI Act aligned). Connections are secure and consent-based, and we never store your account passwords. You can bring your own AI key.
