Auro AI is an AI-operated business system for European small and mid-sized companies. It brings CRM, finance & accounting, HR, a communications inbox, and an AI staff member into one place. The idea is simple: one event — an email, an invoice, a delivery — flows through to everything downstream automatically, with the books always kept right.

Your primary data is hosted on servers within the EU (Hetzner, Germany / Finland). Some AI processing is carried out by sub-processors outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses). Yes. By default the system runs in Suggest mode: it proposes each action and you approve it before anything happens. Fully hands-off autonomy is built, but it stays switched off until you decide to turn it on.

Auro is a paid service — there is no free plan. Plans are billed in Hungarian forint (HUF) and start at 19,900 HUF/month, with per-user scaling and fair metering of AI tokens and storage. You can also bring your own AI provider key to drop the AI cost. Full detail is on the pricing page.

Auro works alongside the systems you already use. Connections (email, calendar, accounting, bank feeds, social) are secure and consent-based, we never store your account passwords, and you can revoke access at any time. A connected bank feed — or a statement file you upload — brings the transactions in, and Auro matches them against your open invoices: where the payment reference carries the invoice number and the amount agrees it posts the payment for you, and the rest are listed as suggestions you accept with one click. Integrations with other tools are available on request — tell us what you run and we will scope it.

Sign up online and pay, and the system provisions your account by itself: chart of accounts, warehouse, invoice series, roles. Minutes after payment you get the activation email and you can log in.
