Your monthly fee starts from your first live data feed. Importing historical data, such as past invoices, ledgers and stock, is scoped and quoted per company.
Link your own AI provider key and pay them directly for tokens. We drop the AI component of your bill entirely: the base fee drops 30% and there is no token metering. A minimal platform-AI floor stays on our side for routing and classification. Your business data runs on your model.
Every plan includes a generous token and storage allowance. Go past it and you top up in small packs. Metering is transparent, so you only ever pay for what you actually use.
